Creativity Month by Month
🌸 January — Closing Chapters: I had the joy of collaborating on the final edition of Junk Journal January 2025, a meaningful way to start the year.
🌸February — A Daily Commitment: I began my 100-day project, committing to daily flower ink drawings — simple, meditative, and steady.
🌸March & April — Letting Complexity Bloom: The drawings grew more layered and complex, and I created zines for each flower chapter of the project. Repetition became exploration, curiosity, and storytelling.
🌸May — Making Space for Mess: I participated in the Messy May Challenge, a joyful reminder that creativity thrives in imperfection and play.
🌸July — Completion and Sharing: I finished my 100-day project (#100daysofinkflowers) and was honored to be a guest teacher at the Flowers Magic Art Fest, sharing my love for flowers with a wider community.
🌸August — Returning to Ongoing Gardens: I continued the Flowers Magic Journal and returned to Book of Flowers II, nurturing ongoing creative companions rather than starting new projects.
🌸September — Entering the Language of Flowers: I explored Floriography more intentionally in my art journaling, letting flower meanings and symbolism guide my pages.
🌸October & November — Autumn Pages: I began the Fall Floral Journal, letting seasonal colors, textures, and moods lead the work.
🌸December — Care, Closure, and Gentleness: I continued developing the Fall Floral Journal and participated in Care December 2025, inviting rest, reflection, and gentle creativity.
